Senior Staff Accountant

A vertically integrated real‑estate development and construction platform is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support its accounting team. This is a hands‑on role focused on loan activity, job cost accounting, and month‑end close across active development and operating entities.

This position is an onsite replacement hire and offers immediate responsibility in a fast‑paced, execution‑driven environment.

Base Pay Range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare loan closing journal entries, including proceeds, fees, and escrows
• Manage loan draws, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Support loan compliance reporting and lender requirements
• Assist with month‑end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
