Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative **Senior Staff Application Engineer** to lead technical strategy and execution for advanced high-voltage GaN (Gallium Nitride) solutions in industrial power electronics. This role will drive **product definition** , develop **cutting-edge reference designs** , and enable **AC-DC and DC-DC systems** for applications such as industrial power supplies, energy storage, data centers, and renewable energy. You will serve as a technical authority, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to accelerate adoption of next-generation GaN technology.
