Job Summary

Renesas is seeking a highly skilled Senior/ Senior Staff Product Engineer to own product performance and quality in high-volume manufacturing for GaN power devices. This role is responsible for ensuring robust, scalable production through strong ownership of yield, test limits, excursions, and factory execution, while partnering closely with test engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers.

• Own manufacturing product health from NPI ramp through sustained high volume production.
