Job Description

+ Responsible for managing the development of New Products (Industrial and Automotive) and delivering on all program commitments from inception through execution to tape out and start of production.
+ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure on-time project completion within budget constraints while maintaining high quality
+ Drive cross-functional teams including design, test, product engineering, validation, marketing, systems, applications, operations, planning, various factories, and vendors as Program Manager to meet project milestones and objectives.
+ Manage several key projects in parallel or singular large program
+ Continuously reviews program progress, proactively identify risks and collaboratively develops and drives risk mitigation efforts
