Job Description



Sr Staff SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) for Assembly sites (OSAT an IM sites)



**Key Responsibilities**



**1.** **Supplier Quality Management & Liaison**



Act as the primary quality interface between suppliers and Renesas, ensuring alignment with quality requirements and expectations.



**2.** **Quality Excursion Management & Corrective Actions**



Lead the investigation of quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D) and drive effective corrective and preventive actions to closure.



**3.** **Supplier Audit, Certification & Change Control**



Maintain and execute the supplier audit program, and support supplier process/material change management and site certification activities.
