Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Position Responsibilities

• Achieve year‑on‑year value improvements across quality, service, innovation, and cost
• Identify and recommend solutions to business problems, spot opportunities for improvement, and present ideas to leadership
• Establish and support a culture of continuous improvement, seeking efficiency, automation, and innovation
• Partner closely with center‑led category managers to understand and implement enterprise‑wide strategies
• Represent network and site‑specific requirements with the category management organization
• Collaborate with key support functions (e.g., legal, finance, quality/compliance) to align on supply management objectives
• Ensure manufacturing sites receive consistent support, including stakeholder engagement, site‑level diagnostics, workshops to identify savings, and supplier quality/supply continuity oversight
