Sr Supplier Quality Engineer

Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Sr Supplier Quality Engineer.

Eaton announced on January 26, 2026 the intent to separate its Mobility Group into an independent publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of Q1 2027. Compensation and benefits for this position are based on Eaton’s plans, programs, and practices. If offered and accepted, and if actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details regarding compensation and benefits at that time.

What You’ll Do

Primary function: Manage, maintain, and improve the Supplier Quality System to meet the requirements and specifications of component designs received from suppliers.

Provide support to Reynosa plant in continuous improvement projects, supplier and quality‑related issues. Perform regular visits to main suppliers and maintain communication to address any concerns.
