Sr System Administrator (M365 - Exchange/Collaboration)

Job Description
A client of Insight Global’s is looking to hire a Sr System Administrator to provide senior level administration, governance, and technical leadership across Microsoft 365 with a focus on both Exchange Online and collaboration platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Day to day, this individual will manage mail flow, messaging security, and delivery workflows end to end, while also owning collaboration governance, lifecycle policies, and user adoption strategies across Teams and SharePoint. They will partner closely with security, service transition teams, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot complex messaging issues, support acquisitions and tenant integrations, and implement scalable standards for collaboration environments.
