Job Description

Responsibilities


Infrastructure Architecture, Engineering & Operations:
  • Design, implement, configure, secure, and maintain core IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, virtualization platforms, desktop/application virtualization, and cloud services following industry best practices.
  • Ensure high availability, optimal performance, and reliability of critical systems by monitoring capacity, resolving complex technical issues, and leading detailed root‑cause analysis.
  • Lead planning and execution of hardware refresh cycles, on‑premise software upgrades, and cloud migration initiatives.
  • Review and recommend system upgrades, apply maintenance activities, security patches, and lifecycle updates to keep the technology environment current and protected from vulnerabilities.
