• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, from sourcing and selection to interviews, negotiation, and hiring.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand technical needs and requirements.
• Use various sourcing techniques across LATAM, including social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top candidates.
