Overview

• Responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various IT positions within an organization
• With a deep understanding of technology, the ability to assess candidates’ technical skills, and the capability to communicate effectively with both hiring managers and potential candidates.
• Acts as a bridge between the company and the talent pool, ensuring that the organization is equipped with the right people to meet its technological needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree Holder of and business or IT course
• With at least 2 years solid experience in IT Recruitment
• Handled and processed NICHE IT roles like Fullstack developer, Java Developer, Software Engr. Business Mgr, Service Delivery mgr etc.with the following skills:java, c#, mongo db, react js and the like.
