Sr. Tax Accountant

Job Description
In this highly visible role, you’ll be a key tax partner within a growing, multi‑entity, multi‑state manufacturing organization. You’ll own critical tax accounting and compliance processes, proactively manage tax risk, and collaborate across Finance, Operations, HR, and external advisors. This role offers meaningful ownership, technical depth, and the opportunity to improve and modernize processes—not just maintain them.

Key Responsibilities:
Tax & Compliance
- Manage ASC 740 provisions, audits, and federal/state tax compliance
- Handle LIFO, tax estimates, and credits/incentives

Sales & Use Tax
- Own filings, reconciliations, and audit support
- Ensure correct taxability; drive process improvements

Shareholder & Payroll
- Support shareholder estimates and accounting
- Handle payroll entries, reconciliations, and audit support
