Role Summary

Technical and strategic performance focused on tax intelligence. The primary focus is to ensure the correct interpretation, update, and application of indirect tax legislation across all company operations, ensuring that legal changes are translated into efficient and secure business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Legislative Monitoring: Daily monitoring and interpretation of indirect tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS, IBS, and CBS), ensuring communication of necessary changes to impacted areas after alignment with management.
• Compliance Validation: Validating that new legal guidelines are correctly applied to billing and procurement workflows, preventing technical interpretation errors.
• Tax Reform Project: Active participation in the Tax Reform project, assisting in defining how new rules should be implemented both systemically and operationally.
