Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review
  Form 990, 990-EZ, 990-PF, and 990-T
  for a broad range of exempt organizations, including public charities, private foundations, associations, and social welfare organizations.
• Analyze nonprofit financial statements, trial balances, functional expenses, and reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and IRS/state compliance.
