Skillset: Need experience in providing support for API related issues.

1. Operations

• Provide technical support for API-related issues reported by clients or internal teams
• Analyse logs, API requests/responses, and system behaviour to identify root causes
• Handle escalations from client and internal support and coordinate with engineering teams when required
• Monitor API availability, performance, and error rates when required.

2. Client Onboarding & Integration Support

• Support client onboarding for API subscriptions and access

Guide clients through:

• API authentication and authorization
• Sandbox usage and testing flows
• Production readiness checks
• Validate client configurations, credentials, and access rights
