What You'll Do

Support and configure Nutrien’s SuccessFactors global landscape, including Recruitment (RCM and RMK), Onboarding (ONB 2.0), Employee Central, Performance and Goals Management, Succession & Career Development, and Learning.

Lead system administration tasks by proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact end‑user experience, data integrity, or overall end‑to‑end system functionality for the global SuccessFactors solution.

Provide technical expertise to the HR Transformation journey to grow and enhance the SuccessFactors platform globally.
