Sr. Technical Lead

In this role, you are expected to_ _collaborate closely_ _to the business and project teams_ _in order to_ _transform data into insights_ _,_ _to_ _recommend_ _appropriate visualizations_ _and reporting solutions_ _,_ _and_ _to_ _build a high-performing team of_ _data analytics professionals._

**_Operational Excellence_**

+ Work closely withstakeholders andproject team tounderstand andrecommendBI solutions, including architecture

+ Define the structure, roles, and responsibilities of each project team member

+ Monitor and lead the solutioning team to ensuretimelycompletion of deliverables, as well asidentifytasks to beallocatedon a sprint

+ Collaboratewith COEs and cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to understand report requirements
