Sr. Technical Lead

_We’re looking for a_ **_Senior_** **_Business Intelligence Technical Lead_** _to join our Business Insights and Analytics team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to collaborate closely to the business and project teams in order to transform data into insights, to recommend appropriate visualizations and reporting solutions, and to build a high-performing team of data analytics professionals._

**Key Responsibilities:**

**_Operational Excellence_**

+ Work closely with stakeholders and project team to understand and recommend BI solutions, including architecture
+ Define the structure, roles, and responsibilities of each project team member
+ Monitor and lead the solutioning team to ensure timely completion of deliverables, as well as identify tasks to be allocated on a sprint
+ Collaborate with COEs and cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to understand report requirements
