Sr. Technical Recruiter

We are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead sourcing and placement efforts across multiple industries. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle, conducting 80–100 candidate interviews monthly and filling 3–5 roles per month. You'll work closely with U.S.-based hiring managers and Latin American candidates in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Success in this role means:

• Filling 2–5 positions monthly within the first 3–6 months
• Building a steady pipeline of Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs)
• Managing multiple clients, candidates, and time zones while maintaining responsiveness

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview 80–100 candidates monthly using LinkedIn, ATS, and outbound methods
• Align with CTOs and hiring managers on role requirements, market trends, and candidate progress
