Sr. Technical Recruiter

**Company Description**
Upwork’s Managed Service Recruiting team is currently seeking to engage an experienced expert Sr. Technical Recruiter to provide sourcing, recruiting, and preliminary evaluation services of top technical talent for one of Upwork’s enterprise clients. This person will be a key contributor to the overall growth and success of this account, coordinating directly with the MSR Flex Program Manager.
**Requirements**:
Negotiate competitive wages for each role.
Create job reqs in Smart Recruiters and publish to external job boards.
Serve as the recruiting POC for this account and participate in weekly internal meetings to provide progress on job orders and receive updates from the client.
Serve as the SME for all recruiting processes related to the client account.
Make recommendations on how to improve our recruiting process.
Meet recruiting metrics and client SLA’s.
