Sr Test Engineer Npi

The Senior Test Engineer – NPI is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying production test solutions for new electronic products from prototype through mass production.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, test coverage, yield performance, and manufacturing readiness during new product launches.The ideal candidate has deep hands‐on experience with electronics testing, strong problem‐solving skills, and the ability to work cross‐functionally in a fast‐paced NPI environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement production test strategies (ICT, FCT, system‐level, functional, and boundary scan)Design, validate, and release test fixtures, test software, and automation solutionsSupport prototype, pilot, and MP builds, including on‐site test support and debuggingCollaborate closely with Design, NPI, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teamsDrive DFT reviews with hardware and firmware teams to ensure testabilityDevelop and maintain test docume...
