Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Test Engineer for our Test Development in Japan for EML and CW laser product lines. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of world-class testing methodologies and tools to ensure product excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving innovation in testing practices, scaling testing operations for complex products in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and release to factory test strategies, processes, and tools that meet the required speed, scale, cost and quality for EML and CW laser production
Perform statistical data analysis and trouble shoot potential root causes for yield enhancement
