Sr. Test Engineer

Overview

The Sr. Test Engineer will be responsible for managing our environmental, reliability and failure analysis programs while supporting the operations with continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops test protocols (electrical, mechanical, environmental and accelerated testing)
• Manage the laboratory test request and allocate resources as required
• Supervises staff of technicians and operators
• Manage the preventive maintenance program for the quality department
• Manage the return analysis program
• Manages the QMT Program
• Participate in new product development (NPD) to ensure all customer requirements are met and the manufacturing process is robust
• Manages Calibration program
• Work with engineering and manufacturing staff, equipment manufacturers and vendors to develop solutions and implement preventative measures to address product and process quality problems
