Job Description

Responsibilities / Tasks  
Roles & Responsibilities  
Customs & Compliance  
Ensure Import/Export pre-shipments document compliance checks as per Foreign Trade Policy (FTP). 
Knowledge of Bank Guarantee, Continuity Bond, and E-Bonds Customs Licenses (MEIS, Advance Authorization). 
Review and validate Import/Export documentation before shipments leave the original location (SIMS, NFMIMS, BIS, etc.). 
Ensure all EOU, DTA, and Trading compliance requirements are met by Customs rules. 
Working knowledge of SOFTEX processes including PO verification and timely MPR filing (added advantage). 
Handle HSN allocation and ensure timely actions as per FTP; independently manage HSN queries with Sales, Procurement, and Project teams. 
Strong understanding of SVB and Provisional Duty (PD) Bonds. 
Hands-on experience with EOU import/export compliance operations (added advantage).
