Sr. UI/UX Designer

A Sr. UI/UX Designer is a professional responsible for designing the visual elements of a digital product or application while leading a group of designers towards a common goal. They focus on creating the look and feel of the user interface, including elements such as buttons, icons, typography, color schemes, and overall layout.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field
With at least 5-year experience as a UI/UX Designer or any similar role
Great interpersonal, management and communication skills
Advanced ability to discuss and explain design solutions
Able to mentor and coach others Proficient in UI/UX design software ex. Figma
Has a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate design skills
Well-versed with UX basics, User-Centered Design, and Responsive Web Design Experience in working with e-commerce, health, government or other SaaS project is an advantage
Attended UX or Design Conferences and/or certification...
