Stage 4 Solutions, Inc. ( is a fast-growing staffing firm focused on filling Marketing, Technology, and Operations roles with primarily technology companies and Government agencies. We are based in Santa Clara, CA, with offices in NJ, AZ, OH, and FL.

We have continued to grow and need to expand our recruiting team to meet our clients' demands. The recruiter is responsible for understanding each job requirement, assessing applicants who apply to the role, and sourcing candidates on our internal ATS (Ceipal), Indeed, and LinkedIn.

This is a full-time job; 40 hours per week remote role, based in India.

Must work in US business hours: EST, CST, MST, or PST.

Responsibilities:
