Sr UX Researcher- Remote

The Role We are looking for a Sr. UX Researcher who owns their space, moves quickly, and drives real product decisions within the secrets management space. This role is the primary customer advocate for our password management capabilities. You will identify meaningful problems across the ecosystem, deliver actionable insights, influence what gets built, and ensure research shapes product direction and prioritization. You will operate in a high‑velocity environment where speed and clarity matter.

What You'll Do

Own UX research for BeyondTrust’s password and secrets management capabilities.

Identify and prioritize high‑impact problems across both administrator and end‑user experiences.

Deliver fast, high‑quality research that keeps pace with product development.

Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Influence roadmap and prioritization decisions through evidence and a strong point of view.
