Sr UX/UI Designer | Bogotá (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Sr UX/UI Designer with a strong product mindset and end-to-end design experience to join a global team working with stakeholders in the US and India. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building impactful B2B digital experiences.
What we're looking for
• 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design
• End-to-end design experience (research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation)
• Strong product understanding and experience in B2B environments
• Advanced Figma experience (mandatory)
• Experience working with agile methodologies
• English B2+ (you will interact with teams in the US and India)
Nice to have
• Front-end coding knowledge or experience
• Experience with analytics platforms
Location: Bogotá
Work model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
