Sr Warehouse Manager

Essential Job Duties

• Hire, train, develop, and motivate warehouse personnel to follow procedures, meet high quality standards, production schedules, operations dept goals, and productivity requirements.
• Supervises a team of managers and individual contributors with functional responsibility for performing ongoing receiving, put-away, picking, kitting, replenishment route running, tool crib and indirect material.
• Maintain documented procedures to define Receiving, Material Movement and Storage, Kitting for direct and indirect material responsibilities, same as Tool Crib.
• Ensure that optimal inventory levels of commodities are maintained to meet production requirements.
• Estimate current and future Warehouse capacity requirements.
• Responsible tomanage FIFO strategies to assure the correct consumption of the material.
