Job Description

Amazon seeks an experienced Safety Manager to join our Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team in pursuit of our vision to become Earth's safest workplace. The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the WHS Program Management team, leading network-level safety risk mitigation, injury prevention, and proactive safety initiatives across our facilities. Reporting to the Sr. WHS Regional Manager, this role encompasses collaboration with site WHS managers, operations management, engineering teams, and global WHS teams. The Safety Manager will be responsible for identifying potential risks, with particular emphasis on ergonomic considerations, and developing comprehensive solutions before incidents occur.
