Role and Responsibilities

• Create critical path netlists and perform characterization of SRAM designs.
• Generate and validate Liberty (.lib), AVM, and DAT views for SRAM/ROM.
• Conduct quality checks on characterization outputs and ensure accuracy.
• Perform timing, power, and leakage characterization of SRAM designs.
• Support characterization database and perform data analysis.
• Collaborate with design, verification, and ASIC teams to ensure smooth integration of characterized IPs.
