**Position Purpose:**

A Logistics Sr. Analyst plays a critical role in sustaining and advancing supply chain and labor management capabilities across distribution operations. This role leverages advanced analytics, labor management system (LMS) expertise, and PEOPLE-driven performance insights to understand, predict, improve, and control operational outcomes. The Senior Analyst is responsible for data stewardship, performance measurement, root-cause analysis, and developing actionable recommendations that drive labor efficiency, productivity, service, and cost optimization in alignment with enterprise sustainment goals.
