About the role
The Senior Associate Trauma Care is a crucial subject matter expert
responsible for strengthening the post-crash response pillar of our life-
saving work. The primary focus of this role is to drive the implementation and
ensure the quality of our trauma care programs, which are designed to equip
first responders, community volunteers, and hospital staff with the critical
skills needed to save lives during the golden hour after a road crash.
We are seeking an experienced clinical or medical professional with a passion
for teaching and program management. The individual will be responsible for
executing program initiatives, delivering high-quality training, managing
stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that our life-saving interventions are
