Bi Tools, API & Batch monitoring Support
Responsibilities
1. Troubleshoot Recurring failures & participate in incident triages
2. Troubleshoot issues, both from a production as well as a performance standpoint
3. on-call to be able to respond during App failures
4. Monitor critical applications and services to minimize downtime and ensure their availability
5. Responsible for ensuring that the underlying infrastructure is running smoothly, and that systems and tools are working as expected
6. Work across different teams, mainly operations and development
7. Collaborate with developers to help with troubleshooting and provide consultation when alerts are issued
8. Work on process improvements
9. Guide the new team members, and mentor them as required
Requirements
2. Experience in UNIX Shell Scripting
3. Experience in SQL
