SRE Operations Manager; Product Creation and Master Data (Latin America)

As our next SRE Operations Manager, you will hold a leadership role in our Global Talent Hub. This role, SRE Product Creation and Master Data (Latin America), is responsible for establishing Value Stream Observability. Additionally, you will build and accelerate Chatbots to speed issue resolution. Your responsibilities will also include continuously seeking opportunities to drive reliability through improvements in products and platforms, AI agents, and automation. This role manages the impact of product/platform incidents end-to-end to complete resolution.

The manager will report to the Director Operations, Brand Ops, Supply Chain. You will serve as their squads' technology and observability leader. Additionally, you will be the key liaison to our engineering squads, acting as the eyes and ears on the ground for global engineering leadership.
