Areas of Responsibility

1.ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING
Benchmark and network with educational and management institutes, as well as other organizations and professional associations, recommend and introduce best practices and total quality solutions in order to improve the overall organizational performance and ensure a culture to support becoming an Employer of Choice.

2. HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTING
Support training and development in projects in enhancing operational efficiency; analyze and identify opportunities; recommend human resources solutions and monitor execution in order to improve internal customers’ satisfaction, to ensure overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness to achieve business objectives.
