Job Description
Drive safety initiatives as a SSHE Supervisor in Calgary's Oil and Gas sector. Offering 14/14 Fly In/Fly Out rotations, lead projects and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Agilus by Synergie is seeking a SSHE Lead III who will support various functions in delivering safety, security, health, and environment excellence. This role requires a self-starter with expertise in incident investigation, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement while on a 12-hour shift rotation. You'll oversee compliance performance, develop training materials, and ensure the safety of personnel throughout Kearl operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support orientations and review HSE project plans
• Deliver KDP orientation and PSMS training
• Monitor field activities and coach stakeholders
• Prepare weekly safety reports and observations
• Conduct incident investigations and maintain compliance
