As a STA Site Engineer you ́ll:Provide technical support to aid in improving quality systems and lead all supplier concern resolutionUtilizes Manufacturing Site Assessment to improve supplier qualityResponsible for ongoing part quality & product launchLead GPDS (Global Product Development System) Supplier Engagement ProcessEnsure PPAP compliance to Ford Specific GuidelinesDrive Supplier continuous improvement and support 6-Sigma and Ford cross-functional matched pair initiativesAdvanced Product Quality Planning to ensure flawless launch at each build milestoneBachelor of Science/ Engineering, or academic equivalentBe proficient in English when working with global teamsExperience in following manufacturing processes : Complete Seat Assemblies, Seat Structures, Seat Trim, Seat Foam, Seat PlasticsExperience in Quality systems, tools and techniquesProject management experienceSupply/Crisis Management ExperienceDisclaimer: Ford Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, as we are co...
