Staff Accountant, AP & Reconciliations

At Bizee, we are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Staff Accountant to support our Accounting team in day-to-day transactional operations and recurring reconciliations. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of our daily, weekly, and monthly accounting cycles, with a strong focus on accounts payable, bank and merchant reconciliations, and operational accruals. The ideal candidate thrives in structured, high-volume environments and takes pride in delivering clean, audit-ready work every cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily accounts payable activity, including invoice review, coding, approval workflows, and payment scheduling.
• Perform weekly reconciliations of merchant accounts and corporate credit card transactions (including JP Morgan and Chase platforms), ensuring all activity is properly documented and coded.
