Staff Accountant

Overview

We're a fast-growing media and digital business seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Staff Accountant to own day-to-day accounting operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for invoicing, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and month-end close. You'll play a critical part in keeping financials accurate, timely, and audit-ready.

This is not a passive position. We're looking for someone who understands the numbers, asks smart questions, and keeps work moving without needing constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate financial records through proper journal entries
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and expense management platforms
• Categorize transactions and ensure clean, well-organized general ledger activity
