Staff Accountant

Location: Vadodara, India (Work from Office)

Shift Hours : 12.00 noon to 9.00 pm IST (5 days a week)

This Position

We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to join our growing team. The Staff Accountant position will work closely with our other accountants and operations personnel across the global and handle day-to-day bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.

• Supporting the monthly close process with journal entry preparation
• Preparing monthly account reconciliations
• Assisting with tax filings, specifically VAT returns .
• Analyzing financial data to ensure proper accounting related to banks, prepaids and accruals.
• Adhering to all the accounting rules and regulations.
• Performing other duties as required.
• Process improvements.
