Staff Accountant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations and financial reporting in Maple Grove, Minnesota. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate records, strengthening cost visibility, and helping leadership make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical ability, and experience working across payables, reconciliations, and manufacturing-related cost analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Process and record day-to-day accounting activity, including intercompany charges, vendor invoices, and other financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain organized accounting documentation to support reliable month-end and year-end reporting.
