Staff Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the integrity of our financial records, overseeing essential General Ledger functions, managing daily cash operations, and ensuring a seamless month-end and year-end close process.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger: Manage daily cash functions, including monitoring bank balances, processing cash receipts, and supporting wire transfers or ACH payments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close process.
• Prepare monthly GL and bank account reconciliations.
• Responsible for preparing various monthly standard journal entries.
• Knowledge of asset management to include capitalization, transfers, and disposal of assets.
• Support the reconciliation of warehouse inventory.
