Role Overview
We’re seeking a Staff Accountant to support a U.S.-based finance firm. This role is ideal for a proactive accounting professional who excels in a remote environment and is passionate about delivering accurate, timely, and actionable financial data to small and mid-sized businesses.
As a Staff Accountant, you will support multiple client engagements under the guidance of the client’s CFOs. You’ll own the full bookkeeping process, implement best practices, support monthly close activities, and help ensure financial accuracy across multiple accounts. You will also collaborate closely with CFOs and clients to maintain smooth financial workflows that support strategic decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of full‑cycle bookkeeping experience, ideally supporting multiple clients or industries
