We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our accounting operations in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. This role works closely with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and facility teams to ensure financial accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and improve internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly close
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledgers
• Support cash management, banking activities, and lender reporting
• Collaborate with AR, AP, Payroll, and facility teams to resolve issues
• Assist with budgets, audits, and capital tracking
• Support Medicaid and Medicare reporting
