Staff Accountant (NetSuite) - Onsite/Night Shift

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Staff Accountant (NetSuite) to support a U.S.-based accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting fundamentals, excellent accuracy, and hands‑on experience in Accounts Payable and month‑end close. The position requires the ability to work with minimal supervision and follow a U.S. Eastern Time schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices with proper coding and required approvals
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate vendor files, including W-9s
• Manage weekly payment runs
• Assist with 1099 preparation
• Prepare wire input documentation and confirmations
• Prepare month-end journal entries (accruals, amortizations, AP-related entries)
• Perform cash, AP, and prepaid reconciliations
