Staff Accountant

The Swish Dental team is looking for a highly motivated Accountant to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide financial and administrative support
• Provide daily cash reporting for cash inflows and disbursements and prepare daily cash journal entries, upload, and post to the general ledger
• Reconcile vendor account statements and resolve discrepancies. Research and resolve vendor payment matters and issue stop payments as requested
• Responsible for managing A/P check disbursements, Payroll, and other check disbursements as necessary
