We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and supporting operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes with accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial records align with statements.

• Maintain and update the general ledger to reflect accurate financial data.

• Prepare and post journal entries as part of routine accounting tasks.

• Assist in the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.
