About the Team/Role

We’re the Shared Business Services team at WEX in Enterprise Architecture. We are in the process of building and scaling our “Paved Road”, or platform of services and applications that set the standard for processes and tooling for development teams across the company. We look at trends, tools, processes and methods that are easy to use and help with automation of software builds, storage, and deployments. 

As a senior engineer, this role will also play a pivotal role in consulting with teams across the company, researching and evaluating tools and technologies that enable AI native spec driven development and workflows and assist in building reference examples that can be used by the whole company. This role will also play a key leadership role in driving standardization of technology toolkit from concept to implementation and help teams migrate to standard solutions
