Staff Backend Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced
Staff AI Engineer / Staff Backend Engineer
to join a fast-moving deep-tech company building production-grade systems at scale. This role is suited for hands-on, hard-core engineers who have personally built and owned backend systems end-to-end, with a strong bias toward practicality and clean, maintainable solutions over over-engineering.

You will play a key role in shaping system architecture, writing high-quality production code, and making pragmatic engineering decisions in an early-stage, high-ownership environment.
